aeco ARP-1512R - RCA plugs (rhodium-plated)
- aeco ARP-1512R is a set of high-quality RCA plugs from a Taiwanese company , which are distinguished by their stylish design and stunning build quality .
aeco ARP-1512R - RCA plugs (rhodium plated)
They are based on a high-purity rhodium-plated tellurium copper conductor . Thanks to their unique design, aeco plugs point-by-point mass removal from the socket surface , their conductive elements can be removed from the glass-fibre reinforced nylon body for easy soldering, and the phosphor bronze ring guarantees a secure connection to the socket. The ARP-1512R also have elegant stainless steel housings with a laser-applied logo.
Key Features of the aeco ARP-1512R RCA Plugs
- a set of four RCA plugs (2 with white marking, 2 with red) in a vacuum package;
- conductor made of rhodium-plated tellurium copper of high purity;
- special construction of the conductor for point mass removal from the socket surface (it is not coaxial);
- conductor elements can be removed for easier soldering;
- two-piece bodies made of glass fiber reinforced nylon;
- phosphor bronze ring for a more stable connection to the socket;
- POM reduction and two sets of screws (8 x 3 mm and 8 x 4 mm) for cables of different diameters;
- bolted stainless steel casing with laser-etched company logo;
- possibility of disassembling the plug into its individual components (easy recycling).
The unique design of the aeco ARP-1512R RCA plugs
The ARP-1512R line of aeco RCA plugs feature a unique design that allows them to be disassembled into their first components. The two-part bodies can be disassembled to remove the conductive elements for easier soldering. The company has abandoned concentric conductors - the ground is drained from the socket surface in a point manner, which improves sound quality. The ARP-1512R plugs also have a ring that stiffens them in the socket, housings screwed onto a threaded body and a reduction that is mounted with two screws.
aeco ARP-1512R made of the highest quality materials
ARP-1512G - like other aeco solutions - is based on top-class materials. The conductive elements are made of high-purity tellurium copper, which is rhodium-plated. The body, which isolates them from the stainless steel housing, is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon. The reduction is made of special POM material, and the screws for attaching the cable are made of stainless steel.
aeco ABP-1512R plug assembly instructions:
- Strip the insulation to expose the section of wire to be soldered;
- for cables up to 9 mm in diameter, a reduction (6) can be fitted before the housing (item 5 in the diagram). For cables up to 11.5 mm in diameter, the housing (5) alone must be fitted;
- you must solder the appropriate wire to the positive “+” (central pin - 3) and negative “-” (ground pin - 4) conductors;
- If the conductors have been removed from the body before soldering, to assemble them, place the central pin (3), ground pin (4) and mounting ring (2) on the lower part of the body (12) and then close it with the upper part of the body (11);
- the housing must be screwed onto the threaded body;
- the cable should be stiffened in the plug using two screws 4 mm long (72) when using a reduction or 3 mm long (71) without a reduction.
