aeco ABP-1111R - banana plugs (rhodium-plated)
- aeco ABP-1111R are high-quality banana plugs from a Taiwanese company that stand out with their stylish design and stunning build quality .
aeco ABP-1111R - banana plugs (rhodium plated)
They are based on a single-piece high-purity tellurium copper conductor that is rhodium-plated , and they also have POM insulation and elegant brass housings with the aeco logo engraved on a brushed, satin nickel-plated surface. The ABP-1111R can be assembled by screwing or soldering .
Key Features of the aeco ABR-1111R:
- set of 4 banana plugs that are vacuum packed;
- one-piece, machined plug;
- a high-purity tellurium copper conductor that is not nickel plated;
- can be mounted on a cable by screwing or soldering;
- threaded sleeve for mounting the housing is made of POM for excellent insulation of the conductor from the housing;
- brass housing with a satin surface that is brushed and nickel-plated.
High-end aeco ABP-1111R banana plugs
The main part of the aeco brand banana plugs is made of high-purity tellurium copper and turned as a single piece, which allows to avoid losses during signal transmission through materials of different structure. The plugs have unique, spiral cutouts and are also isolated from the housing using specially selected POM plastic. The ABP-1111R's L-shaped mounting point allows for both soldering and screwing. A matching metal ring with a silver-plated screw locks the wire in place. The POM sleeve fits tightly over the plug and has a precisely prepared thread for screwing the housing on.
aeco ABP-1111R is a sensational build quality
ABP-1111R - ABP-1111R - like other aeco solutions - is made using the highest quality materials:
- the plugs are made of high-purity tellurium copper (C14500) and then plated with rhodium;
- brass alloy (C3604) housing is brushed and nickel-plated;
- the ring and mounting screw are made of the same brass alloy (C3604) and have a silver plated finish.
aeco ABP-1111R plug assembly instructions:
- aeco recommends exposing a section of the conductor of approximately 6 mm in length (stripping the insulation) before installation;
- The ABP-1111R is designed for cables with a diameter less than 6.3 mm. The rear ring (key 141) must be removed when the cable diameter is greater than 4.3 mm.
- the cable must first be passed through the plug housing;
- for soldering: possible for conductors with a diameter less than 5 mm or 5 AWG. Remove the ring (121) and screws (211 and 212), then solder the conductor to the notched mounting point;
- for twisting: possible for wires with a diameter below 3.5 mm or 8 AWG. Put the ring (121) on the mounting point, then insert the conductor into the ring and twist it tightly using screws (211 and 212);
- the casing must be screwed on;
- Finally, stiffen the cable with screws (221 and 222) if it is not too large.
